Thanks for your question. At FXCM, we always try to provide our clients with the best service but sometimes technical issues make that more difficult. We look into more than 25000 positions to measure the SSI and sometimes issues with the database could delay us in sending the SSI. In any case, we will keep your concern in mind. Thanks.
