    关于国债的问题？

    昨天晚间浏览Dailyfx即时新闻栏目，发现，美国财政部标售6个月期国债，得标利率为0.145%，超额认购率4.75。得标率可以理解为收益率吗？超额认购率是什么意思？

    得标利率：是指不事先制定国债票面利率，投标人填写标单时，以利率报价，并且按照标单所列的利率高低排列，由低利率者依次优先承购。这个中标利率即为得标利率。可以理解为收益
    超额认购率：比如发100亿的债券，实际认购额达200亿，那么超额认购倍率就是2
