    Smile 請問開戶證明文件

    身分和住址證明是網頁上面列出的皆須提供，還是擇一即可？若只提供身分證影本可以嗎？因為已經包含兩者，謝謝

    兩者都需要提供的，如果是內地客戶，只需要提交身份證就可以，但地址需要填寫身份證上的登記地址。

    網頁上有列出住址證明包括：
    煤气单信用卡结单电费单按揭单身份证
    驾驶执照电话费单有效租约银行结单

    是這些都要提供還是擇一即可？？謝謝

    內地客戶，填寫的地址為身份證上的的地址，那麼只需要提交身份證就可以。
    非內地客戶或者填寫地址與身份證上的地址不一致，那麼除了身份證，還需要提交住址證明，住址證明只需要提交其中一樣就可以。
