    请问 中国工商银行的 国际E卡 能作为信用卡入金吗？

    国际E卡的介绍：工行发行的虚拟VISA借记卡，卡片为双币种卡，可用于境内外网站消费支付，使用国际e卡进行境外支付时，仅限在VISA认证的网站使用。

    好几天了，怎么也没人出来说句话阿？这种服务态度怎么敢叫人放心入金呢？
