    《選股情報》金融市場波動多是人禍，今周所見尤是：
    　　１﹒明富環球基金破產明顯是人禍，用自己錢怎賭都成，但用到投資者的錢就要十分謹慎，
    　　　　斷不可以將自己的功業建築於要投資者資金冒風險。一將功成萬人「窮」，不過在不受
    　　　　約束的資本主義下，這種現象難被扭轉。投資者只可以帶眼識人。
    　　２﹒希臘總理突然將歐盟救希債方案作公投，用意明顯，是為保住自己的權位，將人民拉來
    　　　　作後盾。
    　　雖然筆者相信人民眼睛是雪亮，但這是指最終言，但人民眼睛亦有患上近視眼的時刻，就是
    只顧眼前利益。可以預期希臘的公投９０％會反對歐盟的方案，亦即希臘要退出歐盟。
    　　歐盟由於原體制使然，是只能靠政治意志去圍繫，故當有難時，只能靠有遠見的政客或政治
    家去捱一棍，之前各國議會都肯通過相關方案就是，但當這些政客縮沙，用選票而不是國家機器
    去做決策時，就等同玩火，將會自焚。
    　　一直以來，筆者相信歐債解決有望，就是認為歐洲諸國有足夠的政治意志去圍繫歐盟，如欠
    這個政治意志，歐債問題就危矣。環球金融體系亦將會受衝擊，投資者要小心，小心
