Accessing 100KReal server with API

we are using your API to connect our ForeXecutor platform through the MiniReal5 server only. we recently have had an account set up on the 100KReal server and can not get the ForeXecutor to log into this account. It is saying wrong username and password. We need the socket information of this server. What info can you provide to us so that we can connect to the 100KReal server?
