Metatrader 4 Question

Hello.

Is is possible to code MT4 so that it will send an indicator alert via email or text message to a cell phone when the 5 EMA crosses the 10 EMA on the 60 minute chart on a particular currency pair? Is it possible to request this function as an addition to a trading platform.
