the more i look at some of your post, the more i think you have access to some key information or fxcm's order books lol...for example:

you pretty much nailed the break of a major support line on the 4hr chart eur/usd, taking it to 1.3000...but looking at the chart, you can see that the EUR had bounce off that support line prior..whether it was sellers taking profit or real buying. the longer term direction was up, before that line got broken...how did you know it would?

Next Week Should Hold Many More Surprises

    Hello Traders!

Chinese PMI Saturday June 30th, Full Moon on Tuesday, July 3rd, July 4th Holiday with many taking extended holiday Monday and Tuesday, Non-Farm Payroll on Friday all could create huge moves next week.

I have observed major reversals in the direction of currency pairs during a full moon within a day or two. So be open and flexible about the Euro. In addition, lower holiday volume can make for very quick moves, so dialing down the leverage is one way to trade these moves.

Be careful and I will see you on Thursday!

Pip and Running 4 wins out of 4 trades for +14.8 Pips

Pip and Running 4 wins out of 4 trades for +14.8 Pips

This is a nice way to come back from an Independence Day holiday. Yen pairs were looking a bit oversold as they were trading near S1 Pivot support. Cable continued to look weak and was breaking below pivot support near 1.5562, so I went with the flow and sold it short

Aussie Dollar 4 Wins out of 4 Trades for +28.1 Pips

Aussie Dollar 4 Wins out of 4 Trades for +28.1 Pips- I missed the Aussie's initial move higher from session lows but I was able to fade it for a little over 8 pips before flipping and getting long for 20 pips. The dead cat bounce could have legs to move toward 1.0260, however, I am flat currently.

Pipping and Running for +46.7 Pips 5 Trades, 5 Winners

Pipping and Running for +46.7 Pips 5 Trades, 5 Winners- My goal when scalping is to be in and out of a trade in 10 minutes or less. Sometimes, I hit my goal and some instances I don't and a trade goes a little bit longer than I anticipated. Deciding whether to invoke a time stop to end a trade that could evolve into a loser or being patient and allowing the trade to unfold depends on a couple of things. First, the proximity of price in relation to significant support or resistance such as a pivot point or Fibonacci level. MACD or Stochastics divergence also plays a role especially if a trend line has been broken. You can see that in the Euro trade short I had a trend line break and a series of small-bodied dojis. On a 15-minute chart, these string of candles amounted to a wait of over an hour. The Euro was trading off of a rebound down from the R1 Daily pivot at 1.2338 so placing my stop just above that R1 green line pretty obvious. I pulled out 26.8 pips on that Euro trade. The GBP/JPY trade was a trade idea Uber FX nUblet7. It was a nice leg B pull back that took its time as well.
