    what must I do to unlock my trading account after I have sent document as required?

    What do I need to do to have my account unlocked?

    I see that our dedicated Financial Services and Operations teams have been working together with you to resolve this issue. Congratulations! Your account is complete and ready for trading.     How can I ask you a question privately if I don't want to post my question on the forum?

    Here at FXCM, protecting your privacy is of the highest importance. When you have a question that includes:

    *Account Number
    *Full Name
    *Home Address
    *Phone Number
    *Specific Account Information

    Please contact us directly by using one of the methods below.


    Standard Accounts:

    Standard accounts are entitled to live support by phone or by chat 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please click here to chat now!


    Micro Accounts:

    Micro Accounts receive support exclusively through the micro support site which is Answers to top Forex Platform Questions | When will my deposit post?


    How do I post questions?

    If you cannot find your specific question on the site please scroll down to the portion that reads "Please Complete the Form Below"

    From there please choose the type of question you would like to ask.





    Once you have chosen the type of question you would like to ask please fill out all the required fields and click "Submit".





    An FXCM micro representative will be more than happy to answer any questions you would like to ask.
