    Question locked account

    hi sir

    i sent all my document but still you say that there are somthing missing

    again all my open deals closed

    all my orders hided

    now this is a loop i dont now how to exit from it

    please solve it for me

    i gave you all documents that you want but you subtract 450 $ from my balance why!!!??? because of missing document



    and you not remember that untill the price reach its peak in the red area



    thats not a good way with your clients



    cutting money for silly reason , NO this is un acceptable and not fair

    and of course not safe to continue while you close deals as you want

    cutting 450 $ from micro account too much, thats mean i need around 300 winning deals just to turn back my money



    so



    please turn back my open deals and orders to let us go more and more



    waiting

    till now more than 10 dayes of waiting your respose to correct your mistake

    and then till what time should i stay in waiting state

    you did a mistake by closing my deals because of missing silly document (utillity bill)!!!

    please correct this case by reopen my deals or turn back my money

    do somthing

    now the case you close all my opened deals and cut 450$ for wrong reason

    a lady from your company calls to clear the reason

    she says that we do so because of missing document (utility bill) not reaching the company on the right time

    i say but I'm already registered with FXCM (standard account) so all my document with you
    again i'm using the same visa card to pay so i'm already known to the bank
    utility bill not very important document to cut 60% of my balance

    she says : sorry but we are not FXCM!!!!!

    and we sent you Email to tell you that we will close your deals but you not reply

    we know that this Email not reaching you for some reason !!!! , but we took action depending on that Email

    i say : you cut 60% of my balance depending on Email not reaching me !!!! oh my god

    and you can't call before to clear what you want to clear it before you cut 60% of my balance by mistake

    Both the audit team and the operations team has followed up with you several times to provide your resolution and explain why your positions were closed. If it is still not clear to you, since this involves specific account information I will send you an email to provide your resolution once again. If you have any questions beyond that please respond to my email and if needed I will escalate your issue to our compliance department.

    May be I’m not good in English, so please do your best to understand my case

    I registered in FXCM MENA since last year, and do my best to learn

    When I see FXCM MICRO through Google, I thought its better for me to reduce the risk in my learning period , so I registered again in FXCM MICRO

    1 - I deposited using my VISA card successfully first 100$,

    2 - Attached all required document through the website,

    3 - Started trading according to your permission

    Every thing goes well, I was happy, so I deposited using my visa card more and more till 750 $

    Un email comes from you says that the doc not enough, the problem no body calls me to clear what doc they need exactly

    Just they say not enough!!! That’s all, no body says ((stop trading)) or ((we will close your open deals)) , nothing like that, just not enough doc

    Ok, I attached all the doc that I’m already use it in FXCM MENA, what you need else

    I’m already registered in FXCM MENA since last year and continued with them till now

    (((But they wait the market to go to its peak GBPUSD 1.63 then closed all my deals!!!!!)))

    After that they sent me un email says the document not enough we need (utility bill!!)

    I reply the email attaching the same document that I’m already upload it in the webite before ((nothing new))

    After they cut 450$ they say OK now your doc is enough , but the 450$ will not be back to you !!!

    Oh God!!! Utility bill cost me 60% of my balance, this is your rules in trading!!!
    Are you serious!!!
    That’s mean if I deposit 30K as I did in FXCM MENA you will cut 18K for utility bill!!!!

    Till now 25 days gone I’m in waiting state, sent many Emails, no solution, just one answer comes from lady calls me now after 25 days of waiting:

    she say : We are not FXCM we are branch of them. so your registration there mens nothing to us (( I told here but i'm using the same platform for both accounts !!! how))

    she say : We sent you Email to warm you that we will close your opened deals, (((!!! We know this Email not reaching you for some reason, but we take the action depending on that Email!!!)) (( I told here how can I know what you need if the Email not reaching me as your records says!!))

    she say : But FXCM can do anything from one side, and your money gone!!! You can't do any thing to turn it back . Deposit more to start again.

    How you are not FXCM?, while I'm need just one FXCM doc to move my balance from my account with you to FXCM MENA

    How can I trust you any more while you use dictatorial way in taking decisions to close my deals and cut my balance in any position and any time you like

    Today all my open deals plus waiting deals reaches its profit limit. Why you close them in the losing position, not now!!!

    I'm sending Emails to the air

    I wonder why I joined FXCM , just to let them cut 450$ from my pocket for silly reason, or it was an unlucky moment in my life

    After FXCM cut 450$, now they go to the silent mode , No reply any mail, No solution !!!! why ? this is the ethics of trade



    Conclusion of my case

    I registered in a right way, uploading the right document as required, after your Email saying there missing document (I sent the same doc that I'm attached before, nothing new), and it is enough because I'm use it already when I registered with FXCM MENA

    NO NO NO NO EMAIL comes to me saying that you will close my open deals, and as a clear prove for that are my normal activity in opening new deals and depositing more money during all the time, till they close my open deals, you can check it: check the open deals time & all the deposits dates

    I'm not a foolish man to continue openning new deals & depositing more money while you sent me such Email that you will close my open deals, May be it goes through SPAM, and this is happen normally, so I can't see it, but certainly I'm not reading such Email

    I hope you understand my problem, with my poor English language

    I hope you solve it through your kindness because 450$ nothing for your big company, but it is too much for me, because it's taking from me in this way of misunderstanding.

    I hope you will find the to help and let me go with you for more and more , and not let me stay in the waiting state as I am since one month now
