    Locked Account

    I posted this previously, but for some reason it didn't show up in the forum..so? I'm posting once more.

    Here's what happened.

    I opened an account, deposited $, and then sent minimal identification. Obviously this wasn't enough so I provided further documentation. I received an email saying my account was complete and ready to trade.

    However I run into an error when attempting to place a trade and that is that my account is locked, meaning I am unable to trade.

    Any advice/help is greatly appreciated! thanks!
