Locked Account
Good day
I stopped trading for like one month, and few days ago when I decided to return to business I found out that my account is locked, so I hope to inform me about any problem with my account, or unlocking it asap, as time is Money

Hello Argale, and thank you for your post! On behalf of myself and everyone here at FXCM, welcome to the forum community! What is the status of my account?
We still need your proof of residence. FXCM requires a copy of the following for each named account holder that would like to do business with us: 1. A photocopy of one form of a non-expired, government issued photo ID.
Your identification must clearly indicate your full name, date of birth, and expiration date. The name on the government issued photo ID must match the name on the FXCM trading application. All documents that contain an expiration date must be valid, unless stated otherwise. Examples include:
Argale, we have received the ID you turned in to us and it has been approved so we don't need anything else from you for an ID at this time. 2. A proof of residence showing your name and home address, as indicated on your application, dated within six months.
Please note that we are unable to accept any statement or bill that has not been received in its entirety. Information such as the billing name and address must be visible, as well as the company that has issued the bill. Your document must not be folded. Payment stubs are not acceptable, as they display limited information. Confidential information, such as an account number(s), may be removed at your own discretion. P.O. Boxes are not acceptable under any circumstance. Anything that has your name and physical address on it will suffice. Examples include:
Even if the utility bills for your physical address are sent to a PO Box, it will normally have the service address somewhere on the bill. You may submit your documents as scanned images (JPG, GIF, DOC, PDF—no password protection please) to: admin@fxcm.com
If for any reason you are not able to use anything that has your name and physical residence on it please follow up with me directly and we will work with the operations department to see what we can do based on your situation.
Please click here for more information about how to open an account with FXCM. If I turn in both a passport and a driver's license, will that suffice for my supporting documentation?
Yes it will. As long as all of the information on your passport and driver's license matches, then turning in both will fulfill the supporting documentation requirement to open an account. Your driver's license will suffice as your government issued photo identification and your passport will suffice as your proof of residence.

Hello again Argale, and thank you for your post! Is the document I turned in acceptable?
We haven't received anything from you by email or through MyFXCM.com. Can you please log in to MyFXCM.com and submit your supporting documentation one more time? When you log in click on "Upload Documentation" on the right. What we need from you is proof of residence. Please refer to my post on this thread (Locked Account) to see what will suffice as proof of residence. Once you submit your proof of residence please allow up to 2 - 3 business days for our operations team to review your document.
