Issues with pulling Reports



  1. Be sure that the account window is open.
  2. Try pressing (SHIFT+W) on your keyboard to restore your default settings.

Browser not popping up after clicking "Get Report"

Turn off popup blockers.

A possible problem is that there are many different popup blockers. You may in fact have 4 or 5 and not even know it. The popups can be browser based or completely different programs.

If you have a live account, try running the report from www.mymicrolot.com.

Error message or random lines of code in the browser where the report should be

Try running the report in a different format (excel, pdf etc.)

Hello,

My report is not being produced by the Report button.

I logged on the www.mymicrolot.com website but still I am not being able to see my report. From the website a new window and tab pops up saying that :

"Please wait while your report is being prepared.
If your report opens in another application, please close this window."

But nothing happens it keeps refreshing the same message but I can not see my report.

How Do We Get Something Fixed

What a useless support system! You can't even create a new support request in the forum!

How do we get a bug fixed in the report generator? Whenever I try to generate a report for last year's activity (1/1/2008 - 12/31/2008) or a report that includes ANY part of 2008 I get the following error:

DF: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero ORA-06512: at "U10R10.FRONTEND_FXRE", line 11873

HTML: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
ORA-06512: at "U10R10.FRONTEND_FXRE", line 11873

Excel: Nothing displayed.

How do I get this fixed?

To see your FXCM report make sure that Internet Explorer is your default browser. If your default browser is Opera or FireFox, it may not work.

DUPLICATE STATEMENT

I can't create a Thread requesting help...


Can anyone please inform me how I can have a duplicate statement mailed to a 2nd address (my employer's). I am a registered agent with a securities license and my trading must be monitored by my employer (they need a statement).

Anyone able to create this thread for me? Or let me know how I can get this done?

Hi,

you must click on the report button in your trading station or log into your mymicrolot.com or myfxcm.com in order to pull a report. Please allow some time due to the amount of data.

About sound of DailyFX trading signals

Hi,
I just open a Micro account and register to the forum but it seems I can not post a new thread. So I try to post my question follow other's thread. I open the DailyFX+ while I open the trading station. But sometimes I switch to trading station and I heard sound "Ding" which I suppose caused by DailyFX+. Is it an alert? What should I check if I get a sound alert, "Alert" or "Trade Details"? Since I can not watch DailyFX+ all the time so after I switch back I can not see any noticable change.
