At this time, there are no issues with our trading station and server. You may view our Real Time System Status to get the latest information on the status of our trading station and servers. But everything is fine at this time. I assume you are using the Java Platform? Please feel free to email me at helene@fxcmmicro.com for further concerns!

I have a "ORA-12152: Error Details not available" message

Can FXCM confirm that the best way to contact support for Micro account clients is via this forum and/or email?

Does this also apply to server outages when a client has short term (scalp) open positions?

Can FXCM confirm that only the Micro Account server was down, and the Mini and Standard account servers were unaffected?
