GBPJPY could rebound this week.

Posted 10-19-2008 at 06:17 PM by Auslanco
Last week the pair failed close below the key support area of 172.10. The bullish momentum is building up and we may see a rebound towards 180 area within this week. However I do not rule out another attempt to break the 172.10 before a strong re-bound. Currently I'm neutral on this pair.

Using drawn trend lines we recognize a flag pattern develop on the 15m chart, along with key ema & Fibonacci levels. This overlap provided a decent risk vs. reward entry setup with a max target of around 90 pips for 30 or so pip risk.
