1. DAILY FORECAST FOR EURUSD

by , 10-14-2012 at 08:54 PM (The Daily Forecaster)
BIAS: While 1.2880-08 supports I feel the rally can extend further

Resistance:... 1.2961... 1.2981-91... 1.3015-25... 1.3044
Support:........ 1.2938... 1.2908-21... 1.2888........ 1.2864

MAIN ANALYSIS: While we did see some extension higher on Friday this stalled at the 1.2990 pivot resistance where I warned of potential recycling lower. I can't see this being an overly deep correction and while there is no firm retracement ratio I see the 4-hour price equilibrium zone in the 1.2890-1.2921 area and feel this may well provide the support to allow the uptrend to accelerate higher. Do also note a deeper "standard" retracement level at 1.2864. However, only below the 1.2528 low ...

3. DAILY FORECAST FOR USDCHF

by , 10-10-2012 at 09:06 PM (The Daily Forecaster)
BIAS: There is still risk of range trading above 0.9345-55

Resistance:... 0.9418... 0.9438........ 0.9456... 0.9474
Support:........ 0.9374... 0.9345-55... 0.9322... 0.9300

MAIN ANALYSIS: Gains seen but price failed to push above 0.9438. Given the thoughts I had yesterday it would be really useful for the 0.9438 high to remain intact. Perhaps I could accept 0.9456-74 although it would defuse the 3-wave decline from 0.9438 and a new one would need to develop. Given the shallower nature of the recovery vis-a-vis EUR's losses I feel that we're more likely to see some range trading today. However, be aware of any break to the downside below 0.9374 and also 0.9345-55. That would ...

4. DAILY FORECAST FOR GBPUSD

by , 10-09-2012 at 03:16 AM (The Daily Forecaster)
BIAS: There still seems to be need for a new low at least… but from there take care

Resistance:... 1.6039... 1.6065-70... 1.6100-05... 1.6122-27
Support:........ 1.6019... 1.6004........ 1.5982........ 1.5959

MAIN ANALYSIS: Friday's analysis failed dramatically and from Friday's high we have seen losses below 1.6066 that do not look complete. The first reaction today should be a recovery back to the 1.6060-70 area from where the downward move should resume back to around this morning's 1.6019 low approximately. This should generate a correction higher but then see losses resume to reach the 1.2959-90 area. The reaction from this anticipated low will determine whether we ...
