Mach9 has only been with us for a little while in the forums, yet he dives in with both feet each day.

His post today is simple, yet extremely helpful. He's keeping us aware that the Canadian Prime Minister was speaking and trying to "talk down" the Canadian dollar.

These comments from Prime Ministers, Central Banker speeches, etc. aren't always picked up on by everyone so I appreciate him sharing this.

I've seen a ton of times where a currency spikes and there was no scheduled news announcement. While traders are scratching their heads, others like Mach9 are scouring around to find out what's happening and what effect it may be having upon the currency.

Congrats Mach9! Thanks for passing along the info to everyone in the forum so that people in this forum are more informed than individuals that just "wing it" as a loner out there.

His post can be viewed here in the Canadian dollar (USD/CAD) forum: http://forexforums.dailyfx.com/usd-c...tml#post358693
