    Biggest % gainers: AUD/CAD up 1.16%, USD/CAD up 1.03%, NZD/USD up 1.02%, EUR/CAD on CAD weakness (on weak retail sales numbers) & NZD strength (on yesterday's better than expected Current Account numbers).

    Biggest % losers: CAD/JPY down 1.41%, EUR/NZD, AUD/NZD on CAD weakness and NZD strength.

    USD FOMC Interest Rate announcement at 2:15pm EST today. No change is expected but see what the FOMC's language is after the rate decision. That's what would be important.

    GBP MPC Meeting Minutes. Vote was 1-0-7. Expectation was for 0-0-9 like last time.

    Moody's says that the U.K. budget is supportive of its AAA rating.

    Biggest % gainers: CAD/JPY up 0.70% (go CAD/JPY!)...AUD/JPY, NZD/JPY on JPY weakness.

    Biggest % losers: USD/CAD down 0.62%, EUR/CAD on CAD strength. (exotics: USD/ZAR and USD/TRY also among the biggest intraday losers).

    Euro Sales Accelerate as UBS Sees $1.20, Morgan Stanley Ponders `Breakup'. Investors are abandoning the euro at a rate not seen since the collapse of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. as Europe’s worsening fiscal crisis threatens to splinter the 16-nation currency union.

    GBP Nationwide Home Price Index (HPI) m/m better than expected at 1.0% vs. 0.4% expected. Last time revised higher to 1.0% vs. 0.7% formerly.

    USD Unemployment Claims basically in line at 448k vs. 442k ...

    Biggest % losers: GBP/JPY down 1.37%, NZD/JPY, CAD/JPY, EUR/JPY, CHF/JPY, AUD/JPY on JPY strength. This is where the momentum is so far...in being long the yen.

    GBP CBI Realized Sales worse at 13 vs. 16 expected and 13 last time.

    USD CB Consumer Confidence
    comes out at 10am EST. Expectation is 53.6.

    USD Bernanke speaks
    at 10am EST

    CAD BOC Gov. Carney speaks at 3:30pm EST today.

    AUD CPI q/q comes out at 9:30pm EST tonight. Expectation is for 0.9%.

    Goldman Sachs basically says, "Make my day...punk", as they are prepared ...

    Biggest % gainers: USD/CAD up 0.70%, EUR/CAD ...so mild CAD weakness today so far.

    Biggest % losers: AUD/JPY down 1.79%, AUD/USD, NZD/USD, AUD/CHF, GBP/JPY...so commodity dollar weakness and yen strength are the "themes of the day" so far.

    One one hand...
