brad_1199 is on a distinguished road
EURGBP

EUR/GBP finally broke higher today out of the consolodation area i was watching, this rally should turn into an intra-day rally back towards fibonacci resistance at .9164 and i think it may go a bit higher too, ultimately I am looking for a short opportunity anywhere by .9164 or higher for an eventual move downward through the longer term up trend line on the daily chart...

A shooting star candle is in place last month on the monthly chart giving confirmation a top is in place, bears should now be looking to short this market at resistance... There is potentially a very big move into the down side here worth a lot of pips With beautiful candlestick confirmation of a long term top in place already, I will be shorting EURGBP in size.. I have been patiently watching and waiting for the perfect short entry in this pair for quite a while now, Oh how sweet it will be

Hey Yusu, i am aware of the Pitchfork, however i was wondering, since the price action has officially broken out of the pitchfork area are you still looking for the fall to support? Thanks for your time

That's exactly what I'm getting at...based off of the pitch fork...which way does he expect the trade to go from here.

A lack of insight based off of the chart does no one any good.

The U.S. Dollar Index is perking up a bit in the near term...could see more of a bounce.

Gonna have to assume that since the pattern is outside the pitchfork that its considered broken.

On the other hand EU is in a really nice daily channel up.

This is what I have for EJ right now, its in a triangle. I dont normally use line charts but i was analyzing the pitchfork and came across this. Ill be awaiting a break of this to place a trade.

Great point you make...it's really curling up for a sizable break soon.

I love this pattern , I got short at the Doji, probably a safe bet down to bottom trend line to get short still depending on your style of risk.

Love it when people show chart patterns that get the rest of the forum ready for a big move that's to come.

For that...you're the "post of the day". http://forexforums.dailyfx.com/blogs...s-bignatx.html
