Hello kotsuyoshi, and thank you for your post! Why is my deposit being rejected?
FXCM cannot accept prepaid cards or giftcards. The reasoning behind this is to prevent money laundering. FXCM accepts Visa and Mastercards with a security code on the back of the card. The card needs to be a debit or credit card that you receive statements/bills for, as these sources of funds can be verified. Please click on the link below that corresponds to what type of account you have to learn more about depositing funds to your account:
Please let me know when you have made the deposit and I would be more than happy to help expedite the process for you. Thank you in advance for your time and I look forward to hearing from you again soon!
