    No Answer after sending documents!

    I sent documents to admin@fxcmmicro.co.uk

    Emails sent in 10 April

    What i have to do to be answered?

    What is the status of my account?

    Your account is fully active; it is not locked. In fact your account was never locked, even since its inception. If you are an FXCM Micro client that resides outside of the US and the sum of your net deposits does not exceed more than $500 then we will not need supporting documentation from you. Once your sum of net deposits exceeds $500, that's when your account would be locked.

    Since resolving locked account issues normally involves discussing specific account information, the best thing to do with this type of situation is to contact us directly. I'm not sure why you have not received a response yet, but next time if you have a question that needs immediate attention or if you need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly by email. Remember I am always here to help!


    How can I ask you a question privately if I don't want to post my question on the forum?

    Here at FXCM, protecting your privacy is of the highest importance. When you have a question that includes:

    *Account Number
    *Full Name
    *Home Address
    *Phone Number
    *Specific Account Information

    Please contact us directly by using one of the methods below.

    If you cannot find your specific question on the site please scroll down to the portion that reads "Please Complete the Form Below"

    From there please choose the type of question you would like to ask.




    Once you have chosen the type of question you would like to ask please fill out all the required fields and click "Submit".




    An FXCM micro representative will be more than happy to answer any questions you would like to ask.
