I like the fractal beauty on your chart! "Nice Eye",as you'd like to say!

Hey Mike,
I can't take credit for the leading diagonal, it was Mr. Wilson that pointed it out. What I did notice was the similar pattern to the move off of the 1.36 lows. As for the current down move, I think we have one more small wave down before we correct up in a 'b' of 'B'. I will be looking for a short opportunity sometime next week. If you notice with the EURGBP chart that I posted, Cable's strength and weakness is being mirrored in that chart, which tells me that most of Cable's potential upcoming strength will be against the Euro more so than the dollar.

Back to business,I just had another look to the Cable.look like he's forming the 4th.(triangle).
what is the hammer affect by the way? is it bullish or bearish?sorry,I'm alien on this one.
|
ok, according to candle, if a hammer is formed at support level, then it shows weight and that market acknowledge that support. Therefore, unless price close below that hammer candle, it is now bullish.
There is also a bullish engulfing pattern after the hammer, showing even more bullishness.
Well, all those theory learn from steve nison book

It has been holding for some time now.
Looking at this chart you may also expect a leading diagonal...

Euro
We could very well still be forming wave C of the 4th wave triangle. C could be taking the shape of a double three correction(7wave). Watch the critical levels for evidence.
