I suppose, the only way is to verify their claims.
One very important date will be Oct 25, 2009.
They claim that a "major event" will happen; likely Israel attcking Iran and destroying the nuclear silos.

Mike,i think it does'nt really matter if all predictions come true on a specific time or not.like EW,you get some right,some wrong...though its good to test it on a date like 25th OCT.
What I am fascinated about the Web Bot is that It takes the words and linguistic of the mass to tap into our collective unconscious!
the way Elliott Wave methodology measures the mood & emotional behaviour of the mass via price and certain patterns, Web Bot taps into the collective sub-conscious of world via "word".

for instance,we dont know eachother in this forum,but we ineteract through the "word" and our linquistic abilties to express what we think and feel.and sometimes,we connect emotionaly,intellictionally,only by words we use...and sometime we can notice the subtle ripples and can read eachother minds only by the words we use!

Bible,many of the ancient cultures talked about "power of the word" and that

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) and science of hypnosis are based on "word"...and this goes on.

my conclusion: the concept of the webbot is based on "word",is born with the words,lives on with words...
it collects the words we use in global scale via Internet then forms opinions and patterns of what the world is thinking and feeling about the past,present and future...
the implications of this technology is so huge NOT only in forcasting business but in every imaginable human endeavor...
perhaps can say this ,WebBot's job is to read the mind of the world!

Web Bot collected the certain words we have used for years and has taped into our collective unconscious then it has concluded that : WE .AS HUMANITY,SUB-CONSCIOUSLY WANT CHANGE AND READY TO BE AN ADULT HUMAN...! so the universe is taking another unusual big order(after 26000) from the "Human Will" and is manifisting massive changes in us and our planet in the next 2-3 years...

CHANGE is great...lovin it!

3.do not conclude an outcome too soon.wait for further confirmations...dont think you got it.
4.Trading is like dancing.you've gotta be in the mood...get back to trading mood.

5.when you think it is over and you figured out a wave pattern,you're very likely that you got it wrong again!.you need to get the grip of it and gain more experience so until then think twice or 3 times or more when you think you got it.

6.Be possitive,FEEL positive when you're behind the wheel,when trading...
7.patient and again patient...if you didn't get it ,no problem.you can ALWAYS get on the pul-back...(this is the 3th time I broke this promise.sure,not again)

Well, because it officially broke through the 4620, which is the 61.8% fibo retracement. If price shoots above 4720, which is likely now, then a triangle abcde correction from 1.23 becomes unlikely. We would have to look for a deeper bottom then.

Well, I don't know who is doing the fooling. But, that is exactly how I figure it. A 5th wave extension or subdivision into a diagonal of a diagonal. Should pull back to near 1.4638 and than make the final lunge which should also subdivide into 5 waves of 3 on lesser time frame.

Now targeting 1.4767.

Those are good lessons to learn for any trader.
Especially the last one, talking about PATIENCE

1.72 is certainly possible.

All pairs are painting a picture, Dow, SP500, eurusd, eurjpy are all gearing up for one last hurray.

The concept itself is a fascinating one.
Whether they can tap into human unconsciuos on a large scale, I am not sure.
But, I definitely object to their ideas about Grand Conspiracy, about Big Pharma developing lethal forms of H1N1 virus in the lab with the purpose of eliminating half of the mankind, about Power That Be trying to kill billions of people, about alien invasion and a war between aliens and earthians. These ideas sound totally wacko.

Even the idea of the Earth crossing the gravity field of a black hole at the centre of our galaxy and causing the pole shift (north pole becoming south), also called goemagnetic mantel shift is slightly unbelievable.

Some of their ideas are taken almost entirely, word-for-word from the National Enquirer.

For now, I will err on the side of wait-and-see. If Oct 25 happens to be a major event, as they predicted, I will revisit the issue.

some of Clif's predictions are biased and are interpretation of the data extract from webbot,they could happen in many different ways so we dont want to take it very seriously...but more importantly,I think is the bigger picture.

There is one fundamental problem with the whole hurrah: there is just way too much rubbish on the internet. In the 'good old days', words were pondered and reflected upon before they were uttered or written down. Now, any rubbish is published instantly, sometimes even faster than the utterer can think. One of the crucial skills in using the internet these days is to be able to critically identify the quality of online stuff, to tell good from bad, gem from rubbish.

Simply trawling through online materials does not really enable one to identify the true state of mankind. In fact, if I would go a bit further, it is a reflection and manifestation of the project designers' lack of understanding of the fundamentals of this 'online' world.

but these are the angel voices in an ideal world! you know when devil voice pops in? when I see a sudden spike and though made the promises under oat,knowing I should be patient and WAIT and follow the angel voice,but my palms get sweety on the mouse,you sense you're in trouble but just cant leave,my body got frozen,then in a split second,devil voice emerges and i have no idea how I clicked,took the position! it wasnt me! my fingers did it,now I am in! broke my promise.cant get how it happened.
now market's rallying against my position as if the devil voice and market have nothing else to do in this world but waiting to screw me up.
I collapse on the sofa and remember I told every one that I am neutral and have no position!

things are much better now.my body is relaxed now behind the wheel,my fingers wont take position without checking angel's list and I have'n t heard from the devil voice recently!

Okay this is ridiculous.
If we cannot stick to the subject of elliott waves instead of this psycho mumbo jumbo, I am out of here.

fair enough...well,30-40 years ago traders were using quote machine and hand chart and tel brokerage etc but out of that primitive industry now an unimaginable advancements in electronic trading and software etc emerged...

computer power doubles every 18 months,with exponential growth in Internet. soon webbot will be advanced enough to refine and select the words that fit the criterias or whatever...it is not that difficult at all,promise you...
