    Hi Gray;

    I agree with your count on the move up but I am calling it wave i. The $yen, bounced from a multi-year low that, also moved the width of a multi-year triangle which had to be wave 4.

    I expect a shallow correction wave ii, in the area you specified and then a move up in wave iii of the larger wave 1.

    Don't give up on this just yet.

    Good Luck.

    Hmmm, so "b" is now impulsive? I was wondering what the hack is this new theory, it's not EW, not Wolf ... ahhhh, it must be something new
    Can you elaborate on this, please ?

    Hello Aerocom

    I agree about the multi year triangle for wave 4 but one possibility is that we are still going down in a descending wedge to complete wave 5. The "a" label is wave a of an abc to complete wave iv of the wedge/diagonal. Click on my post from 28 March for a daily and weekly chart to see what I mean.
    Whether its a "a" or "i" we both agree that there should be a lot of pips to the upside after a three wave pull back.
    If the upper trendline on my daily/weekly breaks we will have the answer!
    Thanks for sharing your view.
    Cheers

    Edit: I also have a similar possibility for USD/CHF

    I also think this is a possibility. The down move does not feel complete. The move up is starting to give me some pause for concern. Although, I am counting 5 up here it could be a zig-zag. I will ride it out. One other thing of concerns is the break in reverse correlation with the Euro$.

    Good Luck.

    The point of trading is to make money and if your count works for you Mozart then more power to you. Many traders read books on trading and take what they have read as a "golden" rule afraid to think outside the box. Those of us who see new possibilities in traditional theories and modify such theories to our advantage are true visionaries. Good luck trading. P.S. In reference to the comment made by a member two days ago criticizing your count.

    Are you sincerely curious? It just sounds like you are trying to be sarcastic. This is just cause to be banned as this type of post is not welcome.
