Well taken Blaiserboy. Maybe I should've added as well, that I use SAR parabolic indicator for trend movement and also the MACD.

That’s matter of psychology: we’ve got used to short euro, and some time ago it was reasonable, cause drops were sharp and fast. However, now time to change our minds and to start shorting dollar, at least it’s a little bit more safety. Eurobulls are ruling fundamental news now..

question to you. was RSI tell you that euro cross 1.44 today?
RSI doesn't tell if it's going to hit a certain price, but it will indicate the trend is going to move either up or down due to the market being overbought or oversold, so it is better to watch the market and the price bars as Blasierboy so graciously suggested and also put in stoploss (SL) to limit your losses.

Drop me an email if you continue to have issues from home if you would be so kind. I think it may be your firewall, but obviously I would like to know for sure. You can email us at instructor@fxpowercourse.com. Thanks.

On this board is some teaching threads ie trend lines and trade of the day and fibonacci

There are many valuable ideas in those....... Rather than making mistakes............. is best to spend a lot of hours reading those threads and learning from the posts.....

Sometimes people want to get a 'tip' in the forums..... and that can lead to a huge mistake... is best to learn from the instructional threads and videos.. and equip yourself to make your own decisions....

As far as forecasting a market move, I am not aware of anything that can do that for you..... however, a judicious application of price action, fibonacci and trend lines coupled with some support and resistance lines..... can give you a good idea....

The market does not obey our wishes.. we have to take what the market will give us...... and our entries have to be studied and accurate or we will donate our account to the broker

    INDICATORS

I couldn't agree more with WJFX, if your just starting out, don't confuse yourself with a lot of indicators, price action, or bars should be primary focus. Also, unless your planning on watching your computer 24/7, best to focus on a longer time frame like 8 hour charts or even dailies.

    Euro Trend Continuation

Well Euro Went on a tear since Thursday of last week. Missed the long entry on Friday after US news release. Got long today. I'm staying long Euro$ until Daily charts stop following the 8ma and 20ma North. Weekly Charts show a possible continuation to 1.4720 & 1.4900 area. Best to Stay long and buy pull backs until Daily / Weekly charts show otherwise.
