It's OK, close half of the position at 1.42 (IF it gets there) and move the stop on the other half to BE.

when the trade go below 1.4215 keep in mind things are coming more close to your favour.
when it trades below 1.4208 keep your short open.
for the above things to happen, market should break 1.4224 level.
    keep an eye on these.
    upside level 38-42.

Covered my shorts with a small profit and adopted wait and see approach for now. We can break out either way. Upside limited to 4300 and downside to 4150, imho. Mixed signals atm, USDx up and so is the oil and market futures. We'll see.

    Quick glance at 4H:

    Jobless Claims

Hey Guys, be advised that later today, 8:30 EST, we will have the US Jobless Claims coming out. If that number is bigger than expected, dollar will lose value against GBP and EUR.
JPY could also be affected, but I don't believe it will be that much.

looks like the market is waiting for that - this sideways EUR is annoying now...but the 4 hour looks beautiful for an impending drop...I think the USD will be stronger today / am still in for sell on EUR/USD and buy on USD/CAD.

    Opposite chance..

Just for the "chance"....took a small long position @ 4216 with SL 4180. NFP # may come in higher than expected.

If anyone is looking for a medium term swing (beyond scalping) direction, I would suggest you have a look of the 8H chart. The pattern there is very telling.

You're right, the 4 and the 8 hour chart shows a bear channel, all the others are a bit messy.
