why the 200f? what was the problem? I didn't know they got to come out of the building. haha. Everyone I've heard of that works there says you have to "marry the place" for the first 5 years...they say, don't start a relationship...don't have kids, etc. for 5 years.

We'll know soon. Yes the trend will be determined after interest rate announcement, but i saw a decline and i hope when the rate will come to accelerate this decline
