I'm not depending on others to determine my trades. I'm just interested in what other traders are doing. And how they handle different situations. For example, in your case, now price at 3928. You still holding short or cut already? Do you expect it to go down some more or do you think it's going to blow 4000 to continue the uptrend?

I just closed my my short at 1.39058 for a 27 pip gain but it took since Friday to get there.
As for what I am going to do now. I have to look into the charts to see.
I need to leave to bring the kids to school so I won't be back for about an hour.
Take a look at my EUR/GBP prediction. That is one I will be watching.
As for making your own decisions, that is a good thing unless you find someone that is VERY reliable.

Hey i'm all for whatever works....if you can consistently make good trades by correlating the price of ham sandwiches in Jerusalem with the price of the USD power to ya.
I hardly trade on correlation, but its just that it is fascinating lately.. I try to stick to the old rule, kinda why fix it if not broken.... needless to say was long off 42 but stopped out and had been out the whole day and this would persist for next 4-5 weeks where i will only get time to trade in NA sessions.. have few commitments... but that doesn't stop me placing orders and all and at the present intend to hit fresh longs off 3875 mark..

There was enuf indication to hit short but EU session is rarely grab-able to me in coming days..

Patience is virtue. The sooner we learn this all, sooner we can start walking to the bank. Good Luck to all of us—
The trick is to wait the price meet ur limits, instead of one jumping in.. however scalps is a totally different scenario and is not everyone's cup of tea
Disclaimer: I'm not at all suggesting trades when by either posting the graphs, or my entries. You can view it, but in the end you have to use your own logic and approach, as there is no certainty about this uncertain market...

Good Morning Fellow Earthicans
You actually made me look up for two words: Caboose and Kim Kardashians. One gives me a laugh and the other gives me the Desire. I don't mind growing old with that!
Paul, I apologize for that! I sometimes forget I'm dealing with an international forum, and that English is not Everyones first Language. Also American and dare I say Western culture is aware of Kim Kardashian. I do accept that Caboose may just be North American Railroad vernacular.

Last night The Orient did their part in selling the pair, but the Euro folks dropped the ball on me. So my sell order never got filled at 1.4033.
What's the next move? I don't know, but I'm not going to state my intentions before I do anything. I find this locks me into a psychological barrier from doing anything else if the Muse should strike.

As I write, 1.39 has been broken. "Can this be the end of little Rico." For non Americans, this is a reference to a 1930's Hollywood Gangster movie, " Little Caesar."
I don't think the Bulls are just gonna rollover.

Happy Trading!

I like you English

And I like what your lady is telling. And if you think 4033 is too far-fetched. Then my order may just be in Neverland. (I'm not so sure if there's such place in fairy tales, meaning Never Will Be Landed!)

And I'm still waiting for the Bulls to push one more time. At least try to touch my short entry

Keep on eye out for 1.3850 because a break below that should open the gates for this to flow down to 1.3750 than down to 1.3700.
Much below 1.3700 and this is a full on bear market (dare I say 1.3000?).
Now for the bulls perspective, a break above the 1.3950 should get to 1.40 and then up to 1.41 where this could REALLY take off.
I'm not talking this week but again, just keep an eye out for those levels.
Again, just my perspective. Trade as you like.

I'll agree with your statement. However i have one thing. After we blew out the old high should that not offer strong support? Break below there would open the door to 1.3750. break below that level then i would say hello strong downside to 1.34...

question for the forum... What is a good hedge against the EUR/USD if your account doesn't have the ability to hedge?
