    Wink Switzerland Caps Franc

The Swiss National Bank on Tuesday set a minimum exchange rate for the euro against the Swiss franc, in a bid to contain a rise in the franc that it says poses a threat to Switzerland's economy.

The central bank said it will no longer tolerate an exchange rate below 1.20 francs per euro!

was long 14065 from yesterday. stopped out at 14045.
    knew the move was coming.
new the gap was going to be filled.
knew the swiss were going to peg.

Constructively, can anyone tell me what importance the 14040 level has that i'm missing? or is this just clearing the stops before the move long?
either way its 30 point stops from now on

chk my post from Friday and esp Monday........... 4180-85 clean break and 4030-35 to be tested.. that was where my count drop on TL ended the one that started on the wedge break.. 4180-85 was the spot else clearly stated it will test 4140-45 on ASIA but prefer a move to 4110-15 on a break ...... Also stated under 4180 this to head to 4030-35 to complete this as far as the tech analysis goes..
Chk the chart i posted ( same as of fri-mon) earlier today..
Under 4030 clean i would have gone gunning for 3960-65 and anything under to it calls for massive weakness for 35XX to early 36XX..
anyways 4290-93 resis and 30 mins 2 chart 2nd one enlarged and 4 hrs to go with it..
above 4290-05 clean break expecting 4375..
I'm staying out for a while.. no open positions and will chk back in NA session...

Bweuudy aye mate. The only pair not to get excited was the AU/NZ. It's on it's way to 1.40, so has it's own agenda. Nice to see the EU/US get the retracement over & done with in minutes instead of days.

I managed to catch 218 pips of the move up, which speed of retracement was quite unexpected, since I wasn't even looking at the screen, but the big screen in the cinemas (Smurfs).

The upmove should be completed already, or max 4330. If as you think 4375, I suspect the shorting party is over.
