Patryk Yes, that is what everyone is or should be afraid of - a credit crisis contagion . The bond yields on peripheral European debt could spike up so high that the countries would basically be shut out of the credit markets... and the authorities might not be able to contain it. It has the potential to cause a European depression and a severe global recession...

the other scenario is this if prices dont stop here then next stop is 2670/75 easily but in any the this thing is clear to me that "bears" are now very euphoric and bulls are very scared
trade safe I have a small long in at 2775, though can't remember how I caclulated that level. It's an older that has been sitting there since last week.

Just reached back home and my last skeleton long on euro 2821 was kicked out for +3 pips and had an order to long DJ 12723 was taken care by my s/l at 12691..
I came, I saw and re-longed again 12683 with order long waiting (better ones) at 12632 touch..
anyways I see 12860 or so on DJ and lets play it to the bone...
Need to stay away from EURO for today and let the dust settle on it..
SPX hit 1333 and possibly heading for a lil extended upto around 1330-31 b4 hopefully turning around..
Best think I can do is close the stations and head out for a game of snooker or two...

It will be good for Greece also. History has shown that after a country defaults, its stock market doubles, or triples with in 3 years. I believe today the Greece market is at an all time low.
Have courage to look beyond the short term. -
