The trick is to wait the price meet ur limits, instead of one jumping in.. however scalps is a totally different scenario and is not everyone's cup of tea

I got the turn Alejandro but this volatility is making me feel seasick - this candle moves are a bit bigger than usual - maybe my 'C wave up' might be coming. Either way, I'd like to see some air between this low and current price.
Once again thank you for the USD chart addition to the powerchart......................... Longs are happy and happier on the add ons...
HEre is the USD 8 hrs once again... though I took a hit of 33 pips each on 3 lots Geppy longs off 126.66............. Heck GU and EU longs off the lows are doing their wonders and cashed a bit off...

I am being very lucky today - my EUR/USD gain went to 50+ plus - took 50% of the table before the news. However I entered again after the news but this trade went sour so I was running a loss when we created the high. Luckily I manged to exit with a small gain. At the same time I went short EUR/JPY which delivered a quick 24.8 pips gain.
What do you use to enter a trade on a regular and consistent basis? For example:I get long when the 30-minute chart 50 period simple moving average crosses above the 200 moving average on the open of the next candle

heck all weird pairs make sense but for some reason I'm so reluctant to trade USDJPY.....
with the silent intervention on it from the BOJ, impossible for me to trade this pair out.........
Anyone here understands this pair and if so would like to get some tips on it...

LOL Stryker, if you don't understand a pair do you really think someone else would. i'm with you, can't figure out this pair, got slaughtered too many times with Japan's surprise attacks, tiptoeing the Yen by trading eur/jpy instead.
always wishing you only the best an old friend
PEACE
If those 2 spikes up are 1-2, 1-2, then EW 3 is going to be a doozy - R3 today could be possible unless it slams into R1 and consolidates given time of day. Then my longs would at last be paying off!

Lol same here. This year only I lost about 9% of my capital trading this pair only. I promised myself never enter any position in USD/JPY again no matter how attractive the situation is )
i took a long position right at 1542 TP around 1635/40/50/60
stop loss 1517
i am expecting a surprise rally to test the 4 year up channel broken lower line,
if gold find support between the hot spot trading zone that is 1541.71 and 1563.20 and you notice that for gold today's high and lows are exactly between these two hot spot trading zones
and if gold give a surprise rally upward then there is a high probability that euro will follow it, keep in mind euro not always follows the gold but usually does
watch closely for gold surprise rally1
i will take 20% of the profit at 1580 to be safe in this trade
I just like to know one thing, Mr Tumaz. Did you eyeball through the charts to come up with this conclusion, or did you run a program to confirm this probability?
weekly/daily support/res levels how prices react there during london session only, general trend EW channel with macd alot alot of stuff but usually my charts are clean with one or two lines or channel with macd, my eyes just take the idea where we heading with stops always` below and above the swings highs and low on 240 min TF,
and yes lastly i ve key levels and hot spot trading areas always with sound alerts if im bzy talking on dailyFX forum they just say ding dong key area arrived now stop posting and make some money!
lol
Thanks turmaz!
