I shorted before the rate announcement, and was so gratified by the very profitable drop that I increased my short position, just in time for the 200% retracement! I re-entered before Bernanke started talking, and am approximately back to even for the day.

What Greece needs is a new set of major political parties. ND and Pasok despite "new" leadership are just the Karamanlis and Papandreou factions from old days, functioning as patronage machines and not as real parties, increasingly corrupt as they age. Syriza has taken over as the new major left party, but a new major party on the right is also needed. This will require that ND get completely humiliated: Merkel will probably take care of that when the new government tries to "renegotiate" and get hit with Nein nein nein.

There is still one hour till NY 5pm close. If it ends more or less here, then we will end up having the day more or less unchanged. That's quite a statement from euro. No big deal, be it ZEW results or FED.

Hello Traders! Here are some Euro charts with wave counts on them. I can not vouch for the accuracy of the counts and I sometimes see "repainting" or count changes throughout the day. So use them as a guide. I will start posting these regularly if you guys are interested.

Any feedback to the usefulness of this analysis would be welcome or just give the post a link to let me know if it is helpful.

    Happy trading!

Thanks, Greg. They're surely helpful and also surely repaint, so if you can re-post of any updated counts on 1H and/or 4H that would be great. Thanks.
