Hello Meonia, could you post an image of your fibo? Or tell me at what timeframe you have that so I can check myself as well?

I suspect the usual culprits, Asian or Eastern European accounts (or Middle Eastern) buying now so they can sell into strength. They can whip up a formidable rally.

Let me suggest you try it yourself or alternatively take one number from the other, multiply by 0.618 and add to the lower number.

Massive struggle going on around 1.4120 on the EURUSD and 138.00 on the EURJPY LOL

I am short both pairs so I hope the USD and JPY will win the battle lol

edit (2 mins later): I lost ... stops threatened :-(

explain the shorts?

Can someone pleeease explain to me the key points for these suggested long trades on the dollar?

I've read what's available and I realise there are many factors. But fundementally the likelihood is "the global economy will recover". (personally I think the globe is also in an energy trap, and that recovery will lead to new days of extremely spiky uncertainty as the world struggles with an inability to function efficiently without cheap energy sources). The point remains, "recovery" - or near enough is the plan as far as we know. And if it doesn't we're likely to hear about it as a sudden & pronounced 'collapse' sort of newsbreak.

So I see that trading against recovery is an extremely risky sentiment, especially as the big firms who have the money, and can ride the dips along the way are more likely to be trading the same way?

Unlucky, I was pretty close to my stops at 1.4150. Was holding my breath shorting from 1.4132. Still, need a drop below 1.4100 which seems to be darned stubborn!

I tried him once, I shorted eur, he shout buy, he is right i am wrong.

This time, i think he is right again because to me, this is just a abc correction, the drop will continue.

But to estimate it to drop so much is now a little hard to accept now.
Well, I will keep my eyes wide open.
