Alternative scenario: Below 1.395 look for further downside with 1.3888 & 1.383 as targets.

Comments: the RSI broke above a bearish trend line.

I realy do not like this things of drawing lines predicting the future....

Think the future is made tick by tick in the present....

READ THIS

The game of speculation is not a game for the stupid, the mentally lazy, the person of inferior emotional balance, or the get-rich-quick adventurer. They will die poor." Jesse Livermore

Just put it in front of you, read it everyday in the morning, read his book over and over again, everytime I READ his book, I discover a new wisdom hidden between his words, he wrote the book after he lost everything.

Usually the Asian session does not move that much in the beginning of the session, yes the move is unusual but the market overall lately is unusual.

it is end of the week, expect the unexpected

NEVER NEVER NEVER let the Asian session put you to sleep thinking nothing will happen. End of week or not. They have the muscle to move JPY down 5 cents and then up 6. They have done it before, and they probably will do it again. When you least expect it.

At least with Europe and US, unless given a reason, you have a fighting chance to pick which way they're gonna move.

When traders shout short, it is time to buy....

Euro already tested 1.3988(weekly pivot) many time and failed to go lower.
It has since consolidated and shoot up to 1.4040.

Time to follow where the money flows or can go anti market and grab a few pips here and there but lose out the big move.

Anyway, 1.4040 is a very important fibo level and R1. I dont see it get rejected forcefully, it is still holding around there and consolidating and pushing.

For those who shorted and still holding, good luck and hope this level holds for them, else lots of blood.
