If I draw TL 1 on my Saxo platsorm I get something like 1,4900 as support. I know, its only 30 pips from your TL line, if I see it correctly. And yes, 30 pips is done in a blinck of an eye, but still.

Some hesitation at low 1,49..? Or just waiting for another blow down.
I need to get some sleep....

What a drop. I was absent from my computer for last two days and when I looked at price I was amazed. Could not belive that I could see fiber drop THAT HARD. I would expect something like that from GBPJPY....

I haven't seen something like that. It gaped lower and if you ask me it'll close the gap. They need to try to close it. Many many people got margin calls today - too bad.
I was short from 1,5070 and closed it at 1,4930.. and bought tny at 1,4950. Just a tester.. (don't know why I did it). This calls for retrace if you ask me.. when it gaps heavily after nice run lower... there are big chances for closing the gap. Bloodbath all over FX platforms... GOLD will drop under 850 and will be interesting how it will go further.

Nice to see that some of you got out nicely... congrats to those who held shorts trough... If you ask me we might see retrace back towards 1.52 -53 and back down to 1,45.

1,4940, and settling down. Tomorrow, when European markets open, market should offer a clearer picture. Hopefuly
My guess: we will see lower levels from here over the next 12 hours, but we will close higher on the day.
GL all, bye.

So we unluckily followed an alt wavecount and did not see that (3) of iii of 3 - which is major drop as we know with the 3rd usually the longest wave - in this case its 3 of 3 of 3-was about to start .....the break of 1,55 would have been the perfect entry- yes?

Thanks again for the help/ explanations - lets see what the market does

I like the post where you broke down the wave counts for a correction from the 5000 area, can we now expect that the counts posted are with 100 pips added to those numbers or do you now have to completely recount the waves and possible retrace/correction numbers for posible topside targets?

thanks, BTW that was a vert nice post thanks

but is has already dropped to 4905 breaking that support as it did th support above 5000 and 51000 and 52000, price action does not yet support a long position, it is doing now the same thing price action wise it did above 5000,51000,5200and 5300

with such an illiquid market it can move quickly either direction from here, later will give better direction imho

Here is a possible EW count for Euro. Indeed, it has very bearish implication. In this chart, we are going to (3) which supposedly have a support at 5060 which is 2.618 fib wave (1).

Projection is based on typical wave length and also fib ratio. We could potentially go to 4710 to complete the whole huge 5 wave impulses before significant relief correction to 5373.

Be safe in the market, and remember to put Stop Loss.

Good luck all.
Nice chart, however, pls give us some update. A new low has been established.
