"B" irregular flag, now "C", that's my hope to cover...

Thank you Garr70 - i hope the weather in Ireland is better than here!!

    This is what I see:

I still believe that this leg down from 1.4939 is a 'b' wave of an overall 'abc' which will launch an unexpected 'c' wave up of 'B' before the real 'C' wave down next year. This is labelled in the monthly chart within the screenshot (lefthand side).

In the interim, 'b' seems to finishing off with an ending diagonal - there is a clear triangle developing between the 61.8% fibonacci fan line from the all time high of 1.6037 and the 94.4% fan line all the way back to 1995. (I have written in detail about these in my weekend reports on the Purely thread.) I have an alternative count of still being in wave 4 down which itself is taking the form of an expanding flat and again we are just finsihing of 'b' of that. Either way, I am not looking for much more down.

I have drawn in the same diagonal but on the daily chart (right hand side) which suggests a target of approx 1.2550-1.2600 for the next leg up in the pattern.

It could of course all turn into something else but this is what I am looking at go keep me busy for the rest of the year. I am now taking a break from the forums up for the summer and will catch up here later on in the year.

Thanks Paul. However, I noticed the 'journals' yesterday and have started one of them instead as that feel a bit more like what I was trying to do. In this way, I can meander all I like! Maybe see you over there once in a while?

Thanks Lizardboy (what a name!!) - I have stopped posting ongoing charts and commentary on the main threads now and started a journal - see 'Trading Journals' - 'Clivewaverider'.
It lists out your journal in the order that someone wrote, so if I do not write for half a day, the journal listing can slip down the ladder quickly. Do pop in anytime.
