    How do I get started?

I have a live account with FXCM and I would like to migrate my Order2Go based trading applications to FIX. I have spoken with two persons on FXCM customer support but nobody could tell me what I have to do in order to "enable" FIX support on my account. Can somebody help me please?

    Ps. I don't have (or I don't know) a sales rep.
