Dear FXCM help,

Do you support any of stocks, spots, metals, futures or energies? If yes I need the FIX manual for these messages. As well, I couldn't find the "Functionality is disabled for accounts held with FXCM LLC (US Entity)." problem in the NFA rules, so could you help me in this issue.

Thank You

That error message indicates you are trying to do something that does not agree with the new NFA regulations. Please speak with your sales rep for more information on NFA rules and other instruments available.

Dears FXCM Help,

Iam receiving an execution report including text tag(59) value 'no order (s) found' and FXCMOrdStatus tag(9051) value 'R' when sending Order Mass Status Request. So why Iam receiving a rejection execution report while Iam not sending orders? And if this message have to be always received when sending Order Mass Status Request message, is there any tag that tells that this message is recieved not because of order rejection?

Best Regards

ExecutionReport because that is the response to OrderMassStatusRequest. Rejected because there were no orders found. You can tell this is related to OrderMassStatusRequest if the MassStatusRequestID(584) field is filled.
