WPP Shares Soar on Outlook

WPP shares rose sharply after it said like-for-like revenues fell 8.7% in the third quarter Friday. The advertising group said it expects job cuts and weak comparatives to boost profits into 2010. "It's a very ecstatic response today for just a sort-of modest reduction," Anthony De Larringa from Jeffries International said.---
