IMF, EU ‘Showed Very Strong Desire’ to Help

UK unemployment could hit 2.75 million by November 2010 because the economic recovery is “sluggish” and “employers have been hoarding jobs,” Peter Hemington from BDO Stoy Hayward told CNBC Monday. Increasingly, employers and employees are looking to cut costs without making people unemployed, he added.---
