Does the ECB Even Have an Exit Strategy?

The European Central Bank is widely expected to keep rates unchanged Thursday. But the focus will be on President Trichet's statement and whether he will mention an exit strategy. James Round from LBBW told CNBC the ECB must activate its exit strategy along with other central banks to avoid causing a volatile market.
