[Java Trading API] Java FX Trading Station - Page 4

I download the "JAVA FX Trading Station" but I cannot "create entry order". I make click on "entry" but nothing happens. I have a powerbook G4, do you have some idea? what can I do?

Please make sure that you have an account in the Accounts window highlighted (by clicking on the account), and a currency in the Dealing Rates window highlighted.

Let us know if doing that first does not solve the issue.

I did what you said but the icon of entry order doesnt work.

You should be able to create an entry order by right-clicking on a pair in the Dealing Rates window and selecting "Create Entry Order..." from the right-click menu.

It doesn't work. In the whole program it's impossible create entry orders.

just to clarify, when you click entry order do you have a currency selected?

I've downloaded the FX Trading Station II

, and when I hit login, it goes like this "Cannot have a DOCTYPE declaration outside of a prolog!"

and No

, its not because of the AdSubtract adware thingy... it has been disabled and still no luck..

I've also tried the web based platform .. I get this message " server does not return session id"

Does this version work on PDA? Or is there any version available for PDA?

This version is not configured to work on PDAs.
There is currently no version available for PDA trading. We are hoping to have one available in the future, though there is no set time-line.

Do you have the latest version of Java installed on your computer? And are you using a browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox?

When you click on the "Launch" button, it should automatically open Java Trading Platform, it should not be asking you which application you would like to open it with. If it is, you either don't have Java installed, or you are using an incompatible browser.

Please make sure that you have Java installed on your machine. It should at least be version 1.5 or higher.

If you do, and are still having problems, please let us know what the error message is and what operating system and type of browser you are using.
