Is there a app for Indicator Alert??

Is there a app for Indicator Alert based on user-specified indicator criteria??
For example, the app will alert me when a moving average crossover happens, or when the RSI hits 30 or 70, or when the price goes outside bollinger bands.

FXCM Help is on a distinguished road
You can get the live quotes and historical data with Order2Go COM Trading API or Price Engine Client SDK, to do the required calculations for different indicators.

For the alerting part, you would need to program your own application to make alerts whenever the conditions are met.
