OPENING AN ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF A CLOSE CORPORATION
Hi
I live in South Africa and would like to initially open a practice account and then a micro before upgrading to a standard account. However I would like to do so in the name of a close corporation. Is this possible or must the accounts be in the name of an individual?
Kind regards
Eric

Hi Eric,
Since corporate accounts can only be opened as Standard accounts, you will need to put the practice account and Micro account in your own name. This is what I would recommend.
1. Setup practice account (Under your name): FXCM Standard Demo (Microlots enabled)
2. Apply for Micro account (Under your name): FXCM Micro Account
3. Apply for Standard account (Under your corporation): FXCM Standard Account
Let me know if you have any further questions directly at rob@fxcm.com
Thanks!
