    Weekend Gap

    Hi,

    I've got a problem with showing a weekend gap , atm the gap is being merged into a monday bar and i cannot change it. I'm trying to change it in weekend data setings to "hide" or "show" but its not working. I have also tried reinstaling the platform but it didn't help. Any ideas how to change it so i can see the gap?

    Why doesn't the Weekend Data option on Trading Station function properly when viewing historical data?

    This is because right now that functionality (Gap display) only applies for the current trading week; at this time it does not apply for any historical data beyond that. Although we don't have exactly what you're looking for at this time, we do appreciate all feedback from our clients, and you can most certainly submit any requests at anytime to us. What I'll go ahead and do is forward your suggestion to the appropriate department to see if we can add the functionality you are requesting to the Trading Station platform in the near future.


    Where can I go if I would like to provide feedback, give suggestions, or make requests for changes on the Trading Station?

    But I don't see it in the current week as well.
    There was gap at the beginning of the week on USD/CAD but instead of showing it TS2 automatically merges it with Monday bar and because of that it made the bar look like a Pinbar giving me false entry signals.

    What should I do if the Weekend Data option on the Trading Station doesn't work at all?

    I have checked again with both our level II tech and production specialists and it appears that this is an issue that we are currently working on resolving. Although we do not have an exact Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of when that will be resolved, we are working as quickly and as diligently as possible to have it fixed. FXCM apologizes for any inconvenience this causes you. As soon as I have an update for the situation I will be more than happy to follow up with you so that you remain informed.
