Problem with Charts (empty)
I have this problem with the charts in Marketscope 2.0
All the charts are empty, as you can see in the screenshot below.
I have tried almost everything, the guys from chat didnt managed to help me.
I still wait a call from one guy from tech. Screenshot -
Hi Predator0113,
Welcome to the forum and thank you for your message!
The error displayed in your screenshot is very unusual. If a standard uninstall/reinstall doesn't fix the error, it could be a windows issue with your computer. Has the platform worked before on this machine? Has anything recently changed on your computer since the last time it worked and when this error first presented itself?
Please keep me posted by replying on this thread or by contacting me directly at rob@fxcm.com.
Thanks!

Yes it worked just fine a few days ago.
I think it stopped working just after I have installed Metatrader 4.
I have uninstalled it and cleaned all the files but usless.
A guy from tech tried to help me via remote, but he couldnt find a fix for this.
I am waiting a mail for him on monday.
I really need to fix this and I don't want to reinstall the operating sistem just for this issue.
Thank you.

Hi Predator0113,
If a level II technician remotely accessed your computer and could not fix the issue, I'm afraid there are not many options left. Your best bet in my opinion is re-imaging your machine by re-installing Windows. It will take an hour or so and will ensure everything will run properly. This is worth it in the long run in my opinion.
If you go this route, it goes without saying to backup all documents, images, and videos to a 2nd hard drive or an external drive.
As far as re-installing the software installed on your computer, I would recommend using Ninite (personal recommendation). It allows you to install programs on your freshly installed Windows PC in a large batch rather than one-by-one. It's also free.
I just recently re-installed Windows on my home office PC, so if you have any questions, please let me know. I'll do the best I can to help!
