Thank you for your interest in FXCM. We are aware that a handful of clients experienced a login issue today.

Please log out of the trading station and log back in to access your account. Trading is OPEN.

Once you have logged on, we suggest managing any positions as you see is appropriate. If after logging on you believe the issue affected the execution of a trade, please contact us, our trade audit committee would be happy to review it for you.

We invest heavily in our technology. As long as we depend on technology however, the possibility of a technological event can occur. Once the issue passes, we would be happy to discuss the causes and our response to the issue with you in detail.
