It is playing with the counter trend line at the moment, once it breaks the CL and I get a nice BPC ( Break out, pullback and continuation) that will be my short entry. 4 hour setup chart and a 1 hour trigger chart.

The grid lines are just the grids for the round numbers, the MA average lines really have no relavance in this case, I use those just to determine how well a trend is behaving and do not use them for entries or exits...

I scale my trades down as targets are reached. I always have a half out target, and from there I just scale it down as it gets closer to my final TP.
