GBP/USD had a bearish breakout this morning as we traded under the 1.5550 low, this has opened of a further drop to 1.55 as long as we trade under 1.5660. Price can bounce to 1.56 but traders will probably see this as an opportunity to go short as the potential reward will be greater than the potential loss if we trade close to 1.56
As of the last few days I still prefer the EUR/USD over the GBP/USD as GBP/USD lacks a strong trend.
