possible head and shoulders on UJ 1H and 4H?

    Hi all,

this is my first post in this forum, still playing around with demo accounts.

I noticed that there is a possible head and shoulders on UJ 1H and 4H, thus opening a possible for a downward move to the 90.00+?

    Best Regards,
    Ken

Hey Selenat, I am long here per the support below at 143.14. I should have waited for some other confirmation such as candle sticks which I am not seeing yet so I have some tight stops about 15 pips below this support. Dow futures are positive and we have some news out 8:30 EST which should give the final word on which direction this is going.

take care guys and happy trading
    Okay guys...

all my short closed at 14337... long trigger as per above for gj, uj n ej.. sorry can't give exact number.. i wish i could.. but.. ..

anyway.. if geppy can closed at 14485 at any 1H candle after this, then it will going up my guess.. again, current upside need retracement, if geppy going down again but then going up from 144 area again, then we can going higher to atleast 146 level, depend on UJ movement..

but guys... i remind about upside move from last week .. .. after gj, uj n ej reached my last target, i said it will going up beginning of february,,,, anyway, for those still short, just take as much as pip when they are in retracement later..

take care n happy trading guys.. will give the update for the chart next week..

p/s.. sumetimes it quite hard to live here.. all in spanish.. only one word i know.. grasias,,, huhu...

    happy trading guyd..

USD/JPY holds some major averages and reverses upward. See if it can take out the downtrend line and 200 SMA area.

    USD/YEN and Crosses

Sean - there are some bullish looking candles on all the YEN crosses on the hourly charts after US data (breaking out of the channels) which may suggests that a period of Yen weakness may be on the cards....lets see if this continues for the remainder of the day....

Thinking USD/YEN strength would support a short term rally of equities, cable and eur/dol (trend still down for both) in the coming days....

For me, there will be a USD/YEN 'perfect storm' = less reason to sell the dollar (and maybe even to buy it!), no reason to buy YEN with Japan in a mess and obviously not looking to raise rates for donkey years, and with further Quantative Easing (or whatever new name they intend to call it) equities rallying from current levels....

Just my thoughts......They will probably sell USD/YEN aggressively now and I will look very stupid!

    Great trade 4XER!
Couldnt stay away for long could I?
Im still holding SHORT from 144.40, kind of wish I had closed earlier, but was called out to work, which dosent happen often these days.LOL. I have set a limit on it @ 141.90.

As wan said I feel there will be some retracement now, so I might look to close later. Though my view is still Bearish especialy as 144.92 hasnt been broken yet.

USD/JPY, not USD/YEN ...but yes, the yen has been looking a bit weaker today and could cause other currencies to continue to rebound against it today.

On USD/JPY, it will be especially interesting to see if it takes another run at the downtrend line and if it breaks it or not.
